Cut quickly right at the table. With the sausage slicer, you can easily, elegantly and in an original way cut wafer-thin slices of sausage, dried meat, cheese and much more up to 4.5cm in diameter. All without electricity. Our sausage slicer is a long-lasting aid in your kitchen or at your next aperitif.
The sausage slicer is available in five types of wood: ash, walnut, cherry, plum and olive. Each piece is unique.
The quality blade from Victorinox is replaceable and leaves nothing to be desired. From wafer-thin to thick, you can cut the slices just the way you like them. To clean them, you can easily remove the knife carriage with a single movement. The sausage slicers are also available for left-handed people; ask us if you need one.

Made from solid wood, our sausage slicer should last you a long time. The clever mechanism protects the blade and the wood. The knives for our meat slicers are made by the Swiss knife maker Victorinox. Over 130 years of tradition and experience guarantee us blades that are sharp, durable and easy to clean.
Ash: Switzerland
Walnut: mainly from the EU, Hungary. Reason: darker black walnut. Swiss walnut is very rare and less suitable for processing.
