GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. How to order
You can order directly from us via the Internet. Your order is considered accepted when it is accepted by us. When we receive your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail listing all the items ordered, the prices and the delivery and invoice address. You automatically accept our general terms and conditions when placing an order.

2. Cancellation of the order
You can only cancel your order in writing by e-mail within 3 hours (calculated from the time the electronic order is sent), otherwise we will assume that you agree with the order and will start shipping the goods.

3. Payment
We deliver our goods against credit card payment and against invoice payable within 30 days. We reserve the right to request an advance payment for the invoice payment method. This decision is made by puralpina ag. As soon as the payment deadline has passed, you are in default. In this case, we are entitled to charge you interest of 5% per year on the outstanding amount from the beginning of the delay as well as reminder fees of CHF 25.00 per written reminder and collection fees.
Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein will be charged in Swiss francs. Orders from Europe and other countries will be invoiced in EURO. The currency cannot be selected by the customer.
Customers from Germany and the EU have an account in Germany. This means that there are no additional costs for payment abroad.

4. Delivery area
Deliveries can be made worldwide on request.

5. Type of delivery
Switzerland:
Our deliveries are made in one package. Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are carried out by Swiss Post.
Germany and EU:
Our deliveries are made in one parcel. The parcels are sent by Deutsche Post from our warehouse in Germany.
Other countries:
Deliveries are made by Swiss Post or Deutsche Post. Other delivery methods may also be used.

6. Delivery costs
Switzerland:
Delivery will be charged at the Swiss Post postage rate. From an order value of CHF 60.00, postage for economy shipping (B Mail) in Switzerland is free of charge. Postage for Priority (A Mail) and Express will always be charged.
Germany:
Delivery is charged at the following flat rates:
EUR 4.50 below an order value of EUR 60.00
From an order value of EUR 60.00, puralpina will pay the shipping costs for standard shipping. Other shipping methods will be charged.
Austria and the rest of the EU:
Our deliveries are made from Germany. Deliveries are charged as follows for standard shipping:
Shipping fee of EUR 15.90.
Shipping costs are never free. Other shipping methods will be charged.
Other countries:
Our deliveries are made from Germany or Switzerland. Deliveries are charged as follows for standard shipping:
Shipping fee of EUR 29.90
Shipping costs are never free. Other shipping methods will be charged.

7. Delivery times
Switzerland:
The delivery times depend on the place of delivery and the shipping method. For Switzerland, these are usually 1 to 5 working days from order. Depending on the desired shipping method.
Germany:
Delivery times depend on the delivery location and shipping method. For Germany, these are usually 2 to 8 working days from the order.
Other countries:

We endeavor to adhere to the stated delivery times, but cannot accept any liability for any delays in delivery. The customer will be informed in writing of any delays in delivery if ordered items are temporarily out of stock.

8. Complaints
All complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the delivery. Otherwise the delivery shall be deemed to have been made correctly.

9. Right of return
Items received can be returned, but only in accordance with the conditions below: We must in any case be requested in writing for the return, within 8 days of receipt of the goods by the purchaser. Only requests made within these 8 days will be processed. We will decide whether the goods can be taken back.

10. Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our Murmeli products (Murmeli herbal ointments, Murmeli oil, Murmeli massage oil, Marmotte), with the Alpine natural cosmetics (Hand balm, Foot balm, Hemp bar (Hanf Chnübi), lipstick, Vogellisi balm, Bärgmüntschi) or with our deodorant creams, you will receive a full refund.

11. Data protection
The data you enter will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on or made accessible to third parties.

The prices quoted include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors in product and/or price descriptions are reserved.

13. Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction at the registered office of puralpina ag (3714 Frutigen / Switzerland) shall apply to the execution of the contract and any legal disputes.
