8. Complaints
All complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the delivery. Otherwise the delivery is deemed to have been made correctly.

Items received can be returned, but only in accordance with the conditions below: We must in any case be requested in writing for the return, within 8 days of receipt of the goods by the purchaser. Only requests made within these 8 days will be processed. We will decide whether the goods can be returned.

If you are not satisfied with our Murmeli products (Murmeli herbal ointments, Murmeli oil, Murmeli massage oil, Marmotte), with the Alpine natural cosmetics (Hand balm,Foot balm, Hemp bar, Lipstick, Vogellisi balm, Bärgmüntschi) or with our deodorant creams, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
