With the Gastro salami slicer you can easily and quickly cut salami, sausage, dried meat, cheese and much more up to 9cm in diameter. Just like with our normal salami slicer, only here you also have a large surface for serving the delicacies.

There are no limits to your imagination. Whether you tastefully arrange the aperitif on the large wooden plate and serve it to your guests, or whether you present the delicacies whole and let your guests cut it to their own taste using the salami cutter. Success is guaranteed, because with the replaceable quality blade from Victorinox, everyone can effortlessly achieve the perfect cut.

Real Swiss craftsmanship. Our sausage slicers are developed and manufactured exclusively in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There they are made with patience, careful handwork and great pride. Each of our meat slicers has its own wood pattern and is unique.
Made from solid wood, our sausage slicer should last you a long time. The clever mechanism protects the blade and the wood. The knives for our meat slicers are made by the Swiss knife maker Victorinox. Over 130 years of tradition and experience guarantee us blades that are sharp, durable and easy to clean.
Whenever possible, we use wood from Switzerland. We attach great importance to contemporary design and a stylish selection of wood types. That's why we are not afraid to source wood from abroad. This is where our wood comes from:
Ash: Switzerland
Walnut: mainly from the EU, Hungary. Reason: darker black walnut. Swiss walnut is very rare and less suitable for processing.
Cherry tree: Switzerland
Plum tree: Switzerland
Olive tree: mainly in the EU
You can also use your salami slicer to cut vegetables for your next vegetable dip. Carrots, cucumbers or celery sticks can also be easily cut into bite-sized pieces with the slicer.
Store the wooden products at as constant a room temperature as possible. After use, wipe everything with a damp cloth and dry. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong cleaning agent. The wooden products are not dishwasher safe. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or cooking oil (e.g. olive oil). The blades are all replaceable or can be sharpened.
