This special edition of our sausage slicer was created in collaboration with the Trauffer company. A genuine Bernese Oberland co-production.

With this elegant meat slicer, you can cut wafer-thin slices of sausage or dried meat in a flash and right at the table. Elegant and without electricity. The original Trauffer cow makes for a real eye-catcher. For this sausage slicer, your meat can have a maximum diameter of 4.5cm. If you want to cut larger pieces, you're better off choosing our salami slicer.

This high-quality sausage slicer comes with a replaceable quality blade from Victorinox. With this, you can effortlessly cut through sausage, dried meat, cheese and much more. Continuously adjustable, you can cut everything exactly as thick as you like it.

Cleaning your sausage slicer is child's play. You can remove the knife carriage in a single movement.

Made from solid wood, our sausage slicer should last you a long time. The clever mechanism protects the blade and the wood. The knives for our meat slicers are made by the Swiss knife maker Victorinox. Over 130 years of tradition and experience guarantee us blades that are sharp, durable and easy to clean.

The Trauffer sausage slicer is made of Swiss ash wood.

This slicer is not just a sausage slicer. You can also use your sausage slicer to cut vegetables for your next vegetable dip. Carrots, cucumbers or celery can also be easily cut into bite-sized pieces with the slicer.

Store your plane at a constant room temperature. After use, wipe everything down with a damp cloth and dry it. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong cleaning agent. The wooden products are not dishwasher safe. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or cooking oil (e.g. olive oil). The blades are all replaceable or can be sharpened.
